Metcalf Design & Printing Center is moving to REMOTE working hours following the guidance of Ohio Governor Mike DeWine and global health experts at the World Health Organization (WHO) and U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC) on preventing the spread of the COVID-19 virus. Many people are asking the same question: is it safe to receive and handle an order? The WHO and CDC have stated that the likelihood of catching the COVID-19 virus by touching cardboard or paper is low. In any event, be sure to wash your hands after handling any objects you are uncertain of and before you touch your face. Importantly, access to our facility is restricted for everyone's safety. During the "Stay At Home" order from Governor DeWine, we will make every effort to fill orders remotely. That requires that orders be shipped via USPS or FedEx and that all payments be conducted via card payment over the phone. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our clients but feel the health and safety of our community is our primary concern in these trying times.
COVID-19 is having a dramatic impact on our lives, businesses, and on supply chains. During the past week, we have all been exposed to a great deal of stress and frustration. I wanted to take this time to wish all our clients and employees God's peace and may the Lord bless and keep you and your loved ones healthy.
